This Precision 3-in-1 Plane converts into a chisel plane or a bull nose plane with simple modifications.
To convert the shoulder plane into a chisel plane, remove the front body piece by unscrewing the socket head cap screw, which is accessible from the front of the plane
To convert to a bull nose plane, remove the front piece and guide the shorter piece onto the alignment pins. Add or remove the shims to adjust the throat space. Tighten the cap screw to secure.
