Returns & Replacements
Wrong item is sent
If the Model received is different from what is shown in the picture or if there is a difference in technical specifications, GARVIN Tools offers a full (no questions asked) replacement/refund as requested by the customer. However, the incident has to be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product with supporting images & videos. However, for Machines, Tools, Equipment, Spares or Accessories, the color of the product might vary depending on the Manufacturing upgrades.
Item Damage
In case there is damage to the product, GARVIN Tools offers a full (no-questions asked) Replacement or Refund whatever is requested by the customer. However, the damage has to be reported to the GARVIN Tools Support team within 72 hours of receiving the product with supporting photos & videos.
Defective/Incomplete Product Received
In case of a defective product, GARVIN Tools offers full Refunds, Replacement or Availability of Spare parts/Missing piece (If applicable) whatever is requested by the customer. The defects have to be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product with supporting images & videos.
Note: In case of any Concern raised, Customer must share an opening/unboxing video of the product with the customer support team.
Cancellation Requests
1. GARVIN Tools offers a full refund in case the cancellation request is made before the dispatch of the product. However, for heavy shipments (Above 10 kgs) cancellation requests have to be made within 24 hours of ordering the product.
2. In case of Cancellation requests after the product has been dispatched, a courier fee would be deducted for heavy shipments (Above 10kgs). However, if the assured delivery date has been missed, GARVIN Tools would offer a full (no-questions asked) refund.
Refund Process
- In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through a payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in the same account of the customer from where the customer has paid the transaction amount.
- In case of any kind of refund in an EMI transaction, interest already billed in a particular transaction is not refundable under any circumstances.
- While you will not be charged a processing fee for availing GARVIN Tools EMI option, the interest charged by the bank shall not be refunded by GARVIN Tools.
- In case of cash on delivery (COD), we will only initiate an NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. GARVIN Tools required your bank account details:
- Bank Name:
- Account Number:
- Account Holder’s name:
- IFSC code
It generally takes 7-10 working days for your money to get reflected in your bank account.
